Introduction

Miscellaneous, Offline

This plugin when published will block displaying live site. Instead of it is displayed Coming Soon page, with title, some text, autosize background image, and javascript countdown, if applicable.

Newsletter components are supported (currently AcyMailing and jNews), so visitors could leave their email to get news about the website.

It is possible to exclude IP addresses, specify the date and time when the site should go online, or specify secret URL parameter to display the site.

Instead if built-in coming soon page could be displayed any other HTML or PHP file.

Since version 2.0.0 Google Analytics code could be included in the Coming soon page.

Since version 2.0.1 links to social networks profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube) could be included in the Coming soon page.

Since version 2.0.2 jNews is supported.

Since version 2.5.0 Joomla 3.0 is supported and Joomla 1.5 support is dropped. If you still use Joomla 1.5, download version 2.0.x

Functionality
create and easy plugin to manage the lauch of your website. will enable the website automaticly on date/time..
Ease of use
install, enable, configure date.. that's all... al entry's are clear en easy to use
Support
not needed until now.. recently error..
Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version
Documentation
not needed / unavailable so i can't say anything about it.. but you don't need it.. just does exactly what you can expact
I used this to: to control the launch of website's.. working on it online but for visitors'.. site is coming soon..

Functionality
This customizable plugin has everything anyone might require for a COMING SOON page. Its Acymailing integration is also a bomb!!!
Ease of use
As easy as a-b-c... I didn't even have to look for its documentation.
Support
The best support is when there's no need for it. It worked perfectly without a need for support
Documentation
Not sure about its documentation but the extension is too simple for any average Joomla user to search for any documentation
I used this to: Displaying a COMING SOON page with countdown and newsletter subscription. The site can also be accessed by simply attaching my secret key to the url.

Functionality
It`s a good extension, that i use on all development sites. Easy to setup and to customize.
Ease of use
Very easy and intuitive.
Support
Haven`t used yet the support.

One problem: In joomla 3.4 when i click the "add current ip" it exits without adding the ip.
Documentation
Not yet but it may come soon.
I used this to: All my development sites. Now i`m using it for the company site.

this is an absolute perfect extension. I did use other extension to show my site is offline for maintenance, but all had their down sides. This one is absolutely perfect, with a css file (under de media map) which can be adjusted, or you can add specific css rules in the plugin admin. you can even add you own specific file to be shown as offline page; although the basic offline page is already very well fit-for-purpose. Thanx to the developer.
